Delivery

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking details where available.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Gifted Treasure cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Product Images & Variations
We make every effort to ensure that the product images displayed on our website accurately represent the items you will receive.
However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, and the handmade nature of some products. These minor differences do not affect the overall quality or value of the gift.
Where products include natural materials or handcrafted elements, each item is unique and may vary slightly in colour, grain, texture, or finish.
Gifted Treasure reserves the right to make minor substitutions where necessary, provided the overall style, quality, and value of the gift are maintained.

Snack & Gift Basket Contents
The snacks, chocolates, beverages, and other consumable items shown in our gift boxes and baskets are subject to availability.
If an advertised item is unavailable, Gifted Treasure may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater quality and value. Every effort will be made to ensure that the substitute closely matches the original item in type and presentation.
Product substitutions will not reduce the overall value or quality of your gift.

The products available on our online store are standard, ready-made items only.

Refund Policy

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from our online store because our gifts are intended for personal use and cannot be resold once they have left our premises.
Please review the product description and photographs carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase.
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 8 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Gifted Treasure within 8 hours of the confirmed delivery time.
To process your claim, please provide:
• Your order number.
• Clear photographs of the damaged item.
• Photographs of the outer packaging.
• Proof of the time the gift was collected i.e. through screenshots or courier receipts
The 8-hour reporting period begins from the delivery time recorded by the courier or, for local collections, from the time the order is collected.
Claims submitted after the 8-hour reporting period may not be accepted. Gifted Treasure is not responsible for damages that may have been caused by the courier.
